Hey everyone! I’m Azuma, the Producer for Conqueror’s Blade at MY.GAMES. I want to shed a bit of light on recent technical issues, steps we’ve taken to combat them, and compensation we’re preparing as a result.

What’s going on?

Players have experienced all types of issues that have hindered their enjoyment of Conqueror’s Blade—including but not limited to downtime, lag, and connectivity issues—caused by repeated DDoS attacks over the past two weeks. 

Our team has been working tirelessly to resolve all external technical issues that have arisen, which resulted in disruption to your gaming experience and caused understandable frustration amongst all players. We’d like to share that the situation is now stable and we do not foresee any more issues at the moment. While we were able to mitigate most of the problem areas, we will continue closely monitoring our systems to prevent any possible technical issues and provide the best experience in all regions equally. 

We also wanted to address questions about the potential for personal data breaches. A distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack is an external attack on a technical infrastructure that prevents users from accessing online services. We want to assure you that, despite the technical issues, your personal data and game data was not compromised, and remains safe and secure.

Compensation and Boost Events

We distributed the following compensation to all affected players on Thursday, October 26 (as detailed in our Discord announcement) to make up for the disruptions you have experienced:

  • Special Honour Medal (5,000 Honour)
  • 3x Huge Chests of Resources
  • 3x Epic Artillery Chests

We have also decided that further compensation will be issued to all affected players via in-game Mail on Thursday, November 9—we’ll share more details on the Conqueror’s Blade Discord and social channels.
