    KEY INFORMATION

    A Promo Code is a 10-digit code made up of random numbers and letters and can be entered above to view the contents and then redeem.

    Simply click “Promo Code Activation History”, where you will find a record of items and codes redeemed, including date and time of redemption.

    To transfer your redeemed items, navigate to the “Transfer Items To The Game” tab, select the items and quantities, then select your character and server. Click “Transfer”, and the items will appear in-game shortly.

    Your character will receive any transferred items via the in-game Mail system. When a new item appears in your Mailbox, you will receive a notification. Open your mail to claim your items.

    Once your item(s) have been transferred, the process cannot be reversed or transferred to another character. Make sure you check that your server and character details are correct before completing the transfer process.
