Select the item(s) you wish to transfer, choose the correct server, and then select the character you would like to receive the item(s). When you’re ready, click ‘Transfer’. Items may take some time to appear in-game once sent.

    Your character will receive any transferred items via the in-game Mail system. When a new item appears in your Mailbox, you will receive a notification. Open your mail to claim your items.

    Once your item(s) have been transferred, the process cannot be reversed or transferred to another character. Make sure you check that your server and character details are correct before completing the transfer process.
