Win Spooky Attire in our Halloween Writing Contest!

Some folk say that around this time of year, the boundaries between our world and the land of the dead weaken, freeing evil spirits to unleash terror on the living. The traditional practice of ‘guising’, the wearing of scary costumes to walk in disguise among these damned souls, may yet save you and your armies from their wrath. 

In our newest seasonal contest, we’re giving you the chance to win some new Halloween-themed cosmetics to clad your warlord, units, and mount in. All you need to do is write a scary story in 300 words or less: the more spine-chilling, the better!

The spookiest entries, the ones that make us want to sleep with the lights on, will be selected by the Conqueror’s Blade team at MY.GAMES. The top three entries (for each language) will win the following Halloween-themed prizes:

• 1st Place: Halloween-themed Hero Attire + Halloween-Themed Unit Attire + Halloween-Themed Horse Armour

• 2nd Place: Halloween-themed Hero Attire + Halloween-Themed Unit Attire

• 3rd Place: Halloween-themed Hero Attire

You’ve got until 23:59 CET on November 3rd to send us your submissions, so get those creative juices flowing and show us your skills!

Contest Rules

• Entries must be submitted in either English, French, German, or Spanish. Every eligible language will have a full set of prizes available to win, for a total of 12 prizes across all languages.

• Entries must not exceed 300 words. Any entries longer than 300 words will be disqualified.

• Only entries submitted before November 3, 2019 at 23:59 CET will be accepted.

• Entries can be submitted to the contest Discord channel. We reserve the right to ask for further evidence to prove that your entry was created by you.

• Please include your character name and server alongside your submission.

• Entries cannot contain any material that violates the My.com Terms of Service.

• Any and all players are subject to disqualification at any point before, during, and after this competition for violating the Terms of Service or any of the contest rules.

• The best entries will be determined by the Conqueror’s Blade team, and winners will be announced on the Conqueror’s Blade website after the contest has ended.

• Your entry cannot feature any copyrighted or third-party material. Only entries featuring original writing, or writing inspired by Conqueror’s Blade will be considered.

• You agree that your entry can be used by My.com and MY.GAMES for promotional purposes (for example, for publication on our official social channels or websites).
